Safeguarding children is everyone’s responsibility. Our school community and all those directly connected with it – staff members, volunteers, governors, parents, families and pupils have an essential role to play in making it safe and secure.

Roles and responsibilities

The Designated Safeguarding officers have responsibility for Child Protection

Mr Wardle / Mrs Martin – Headteachers

Mrs Allen – Designated Safeguarding Officer

Mrs Brennan – Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer

Miss Hodgson – EYFS Deputy Safeguarding Officer

Mr Walford – e-Safety

Mrs Jackson – Safeguarding Governor  including responsibility for Filtering and Monitoring
